The Role

As a Bartender, you bring the Vida Plena experience to life — crafting quality drinks with care, delivering warm and attentive service, and creating moments that guests remember. You combine skill, creativity, and genuine hospitality to ensure every drink and every interaction reflects the simplicity, warmth, and excellence that define Vida Plena.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks, interact with guests, handle orders, and maintain bar area.

• Prepare drinks according to bar recipes and standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service and connect with guests.

• Work closely with the team, including upselling and taking orders.

• Correct operation of the cash flow

What We Expect From You

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in bartending or similar roles.

• Strong in drink preparation, customer service, multitasking, and basic cash handling.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests.

• Personable, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure.

• Passionate about mixology and innovation in beverage presentation.

• Collaborative and dependable, thriving in a busy environment.

• Fluent in English and local language.

• Eager to learn through ongoing training in drink recipes, upselling, and guest experience.
