Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Developer to join our global IT teams and contribute to the development, industrialization and maintenance of business and R&D processes. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that streamline business projects and processes, collaborating with multiple departments including R&D, Operations and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Design and implement solutions using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), Jenkins, and Python.
• Lead the Atlassian business solution team and enforce best practices in development, documentation, and governance.
• Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability, ensuring 24/7 availability of the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production systems and keep comprehensive documentation up to date.
• Train end‑users and empower teams to leverage developed solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience with JIRA administration and Confluence usage.
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced Python development skills, especially in REST APIs.
• Strong business understanding and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• High‑level written and verbal communication skills in English.
