Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in client management, reporting directly to the Managers;


• Manage and train teams, with the aim of involving them in the business and the client's objectives;


• Establish effective working relationships directly with the client;


• Contribute to the technical development of the team, with the goal of keeping them focused and motivated;


• Stay updated on local and national economic and business issues;


• Develop relationships with clients in order to explore new business opportunities, with the ultimate goal of creating and presenting proposals;


• Continue to develop internal relationships and with the Pw
  C brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, or Finance;


• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience;


• Proficiency in English (mandatory);


• Strong communication skills and
  - oriented;


• Interpersonal skills and empathy;


• Attention to detail, rigor, and methodical approach.
