Your Mission:

Under the supervision of the Aura Manager and Assistant Aura Manager, oversee daily operations of the department dedicated to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure a personalized customer experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Use customer experience management tools efficiently.
• Monitor Voice of the Customer results and implement improvement plans.
• Manage customer incidents following protocols.
• Be knowledgeable about Lisbon and offer services and products based on customer preferences.
• Coordinate with departments like front desk and Housekeeping to address guest needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the role.
• High proficiency in Portuguese and good English skills.
• Hospitality degree.
• Quality and customer service orientation.
