About The Role

As a
Automation and Control Engineer
, you will be part of our growing team at Preh Portugal (Trofa), contributing to the development and maintenance of innovative automotive technologies. You'll work in a dynamic, international environment, using the latest tools and platforms to tackle
- world challenges.

The Challenges in Front of You

• Development and programming of PLCs using Twin
  CAT 3;
• Implementation of HMIs developed in C# (. NET);
• System integration via Ether
  CAT, MQTT, Modbus TCP;
• Definition of the technical architecture for automation projects;
• Commissioning of the developed equipment;
• Preparation of technical documentation.

What You Bring To The Table

You're more than your resume
— you're passionate for excellence, proactive, and
- minded. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience with Twin
  CAT 3 (Beckhoff);
• Knowledge of C#;
• Experience with Ether
  CAT, industrial protocols, and distributed I/O;
• Good development practices (software version control, testing, modularity);
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Experience with Twin
  SAFE; (Desirable)
• Programming of industrial robots: KUKA; (Desirable)
• Knowledge of machine vision; (Desirable)
• Knowledge of CAN and LIN protocols. (Desirable)
