Automation Coordinator — 8-Month Project | Lisbon (Hybrid)

We are looking for an Automation Coordinator to support global business teams and play a key role in the deployment of innovative automation solutions across multiple business application domains.

Responsibilities:

• Act as PMO + Business Analyst point of contact for automation initiatives
• Coordinate and support
  - wide automation projects
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project steps
• Partner with
  - functional teams to ensure
  - time project delivery
• Follow workflows
  -
  - end, identify process improvements, and drive optimization
• Track progress, report milestones, and ensure visibility to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong background in Business Process Analysis, Consulting, and/or Project Management
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a complex business environment
• Excellent communication and
  - management skills
• Proactive mindset — you see problems early and drive solutions
• Experience with automation initiatives is a strong advantage
