Work closely with the Finance Technology product team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support
- effective QA and testing solutions for all aspects of the organization. QA Engineer will ensure that IT QA / testing policies, procedures and best practices across the regions are met. Support delivery of stable, professional products by organizing structured testing in close cooperation with all respective agile teams. **Responsibilities**:
- Developing domain knowledge and testing skills in order to deliver results within the expected standards (20%)- Test script writing (15%)- Defect Resolution & UAT support (15%)- Test Execution by using various tool and apps. (40%)- Working with
- functional teams (Such as Dev
OPS, Test Automation) (10%)**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- 2 to 5 Years of relevant work experience. - Associate Degree with 2+ Years IT experience field of study required. - Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed. - Possesses strong data entry skills. - Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. - Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. - Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information. - Able to create and conduct formal presentations. - Able to interact effectively with all levels of management. - Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results. - Possesses strong
