THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to join our team in Torres Vedras.

In this role, you will support the automation team and take a central part in testing software and hardware of our products to ensure robustness and performance.

This is an international role with a strong connection to Switzerland, where your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues abroad will be key to project success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide technical support to the Automation team on international projects
• Perform software and hardware testing of products developed internally
• Ensure fluent communication with the Swiss team , sharing results, challenges, and solutions
• Occasionally travel to Switzerland to collaborate directly with teams and projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Automation, Electrical, Technical degree , or similar
• Experience in Lab
  View and TIA-Portal would be an advantage
• Experience in use of Windows
• English Fluent (German is a “nice to have”)
• Clear and effective communication skills in an international context
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strong interest in testing and
  - solving
• Living in or near Torres Vedras
