Your role in our team
The Automation Engineer develops the design of very complex systems that integrate hardware and software; develops material specification, schematic preparation and appropriate
- up; guides very complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design. Carries out the equipment programming and ensures the application of internal and external tests to the products developed and ensures the implementation and commissioning at the customer site.
- PLC programming according to established standard specifications; but we expect you to always have a view to extending and improving these standards;
- HMI programming and development;
- Assembly and parameterization of electronic equipment ensuring its correct operation;
- Onsite products testing, ensuring that they perform accordingly. Identify nonconformities, investigate the root causes and propose corrective actions;
- Prepare as
- files, as well as operation and user support manuals; - Carry out onsite training sessions to clients;
- Create recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.
Your Profile:
College degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar jobs with experience in programming;
Knowledge of SIMATIC TIA Portal V16 (STEP 7 and Win
CC);
Professional experience in PLC programming, adjusting inverters parameters and testing automation projects;
Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
Available for national and international mobility (35% of time); You will be traveling to the customer’s site for system commissioning;
