What do you need to be our next Automation Engineer?

• Solid knowledge and
  - on experience with Appian (low-code platform)
• Experience in Appian design best practices and object lifecycle management
• Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) principles
• Knowledge or experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
• Experience conducting or supporting performance tests
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector (must have)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail

What will your role be at SMART?

As an Automation Engineer (Appian Developer), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using the Appian platform.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to:

• Build and optimize BPM workflows
• Implement RPA solutions to automate manual tasks
• Ensure applications follow Appian’s design best practices
• Conduct performance testing and continuous improvements
• Manage the full lifecycle of Appian objects and components
