CANDIDATE

The professional to be recruited will be responsible for:

  • Define factory automation & digitalization roadmap aligned with business goals;



  • Empower &Support the implementation of the Digitalization Roadmap;



  • Define and evaluate solutions ranging from production layouts to IT architectures, Io
    T platforms, digital twins, and advanced robotics;



  • Analyze and digitalize key SCM processes (planning, order management, assembly, testing, logistics) to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance performance tracking;



  • Conduct digitalmaturity assessments, identify improvement levers, and propose solutions;



  • Lead and coordinate automation and digitalization projects from concept to implementation, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication;



  • Leverage
    - driven methods to analyze production performance, simulate scenarios, and collaborate closely with AI and advanced analytics;



  • Work withmanufacturing, logistics, planning, finance, warehouse, and suppliers to deliver seamless solutions;



  • Keep up to datewith industry trends in digital manufacturing and automation excellence and implement best practices across global production sites.

PROFILE

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical engineering, or related field;



  • Experience of 5years at least, in driving industrial automation and digitalization initiatives in manufacturing environments, from concept through implementation and continuous improvement;



  • Experience with
    Lean methodologies, and process optimization;



  • Strong analytical and structured way of working with a proactive,
    - driven mindset;



  • Excellent
    English communication skills (written and verbal);



    Portuguese is a plus;

  • Ability tocollaborate across functions and work effectively in international teams.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally;



  • Passion for innovation, technology, and driving transformation in industrial environments.
