Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to support our Accounts Receivable team. This role involves working closely with finance operations to design, implement and maintain efficient automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and generate invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform cash application of customer payments and monitor AR aging reports.
• Support the resolution of customer queries and assist in reconciliations and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting or finance.
• Strong command of French language (spoken and written) and advanced English (C1 level).
• At least 1 year experience in accounts receivable / finance operations.
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
