Automation Test Engineer - SEDT – Lisbon – Portugal (2 days P/W in office)#Team

They are sourcing accomplished Automation Test Engineers to join their growing team at their Lisbon Technology Centre. - Understanding of testing methodologies including
- driven testing, unit testing, and
- driven testing. - Ability to adopt an
- first approach to quality engineering. - Experience with C# testing frameworks. - Experience with web application testing using tools like Playwright. - API testing experience using Rest
Sharp. - Behaviour-driven testing of executable specifications, e. G. , using Gherkin. - Sufficient SQL skills to develop effective backend database tests. - Good understanding of Dev
Ops principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with version control tools such as Git. - Experience with both cloud and
- premises solutions. - Experience with UI testing tools. Nice to haves:
- Experience integrating tests into Azure Dev
Ops pipelines. - Familiarity with Docker/containerization. - Understanding of Azure cloud services. Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development of testing frameworks and specific tests for APIs, data platforms, and web applications. - Focus on speed of delivery and quality, ensuring solutions are appropriate and not overly complex. - Supporting project progression from Po
