We are seeking an Automation Lead Test with strong leadership capabilities and deep technical expertise to join a

Lead the automation testing team, ensuring best practices and high code quality. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient automation test frameworks. Define testing strategies for new features, regression, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate with developers, QA, and Dev
Ops to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Contribute to Docker configuration and containerization of test environments. Mentor and guide junior test engineers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to improve quality assurance processes and tools. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Must-Have Skills8+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation. Proficient in Java (development and scripting for automation). Advanced experience with Selenium and Cucumber for UI and
- driven testing. Hands-on experience configuring and using Docker. Experience in designing test automation frameworks from scratch. Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git
