What do you need to be SMART ?

• +3 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test.
• Proven experience working with BDD and Gherkin test case languages
• Ability to write tests in Java programming language
• Experience with web application testing and Continuous Integration processes.
• Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Groovy, Ruby, Python).
• Knowledge of SQL/No
  SQL databases.
• Fluent English
• French language
• Bonus: Experience in the use of CI/CD platforms and Kubernetes.
• Bonus: ISTQB is a plus.
• Functional Knowledge
• Knowledge of financial instruments (stocks, bonds, financial derivatives, options, etf, etc)
• Good understanding of settlement and clearing activity (pre-trade,
  - exchange, otc)
• Good understanding of settlement and clearing ecosystem (CCP, CSD, Clearer, Broker, Custodian, Asset Manager, etc)
• Notions of settlement cycle (match, affirm, settle, deliver, etc)
• Notions of counterparty risk management methodologies (SPAN/ )
• ISO15022/20022 SWIFT

What will your role be at SMART?

• Design and build automation test frameworks
• Automate existing tests and write new ones according to the company standards
• Enhance and maintain automated CI flows
• Bug verification and tracking and fixing
• Test preparation, test design, execution and reporting
• Defect management lifecycle exposure (using Jira) from defect to reporting
• Track and publish the status or development, maintenance and execution of automation test suits
• Work with manual testers, developers and business analysts to understand the business domain, and the system functionality
• Utilize the approved test automation frameworks to develop automation in a fast paced agile environment
