Location: Offices in Lisbon (hybrid)

What you will do:

• Implement and evolve the Test Automation Excellence strategy, including the design, development, and maintenance of complex test scripts.
• Continuously improve test automation processes, adapting to new challenges and evolving needs.
• Act as a
  - on expert in defining and implementing test scripts, while guiding other testers to maximize automation value.
• Ensure the implementation and ongoing updates of adequate test environments and infrastructures.
• Identify and report questionable functions, performance bottlenecks, and inconsistencies to product teams.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of tools, technologies, and practices that enhance QA processes.
• Drive quality practices, risk management, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate closely with Digital Delivery Teams to ensure superior quality across deliverables.
• Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD practices.
• Liaise with teams such as R&D, Info
  Sec, Tech
  Ops, Cloud, and Service Delivery to build exceptional software.
• Focus on incremental improvements across functionality, usability, performance, automation, and security.

What you are like:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing automated tests in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in testing, and QA ecosystems (mandatory).
• Proficiency in
  - code platforms, preferably Ui
  Path.
• Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Jira and Xray (or similar).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly collaborative, with a proactive and assertive approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong aptitude for understanding complex technical and business realities.
