- on workshop experience and speak fluent French and English? This is your chance to join a global team thats transforming automotive technical support! Your mission: Be the first point of contact for European customers, delivering outstanding technical support;



Diagnose and resolve issues with light and heavy vehicles from various brands;



Log and track allincidents in the internal system;



Follow defined processes and collaborate with international teams;



Contribute to thetechnical knowledge base and FAQs;



Ensure clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers and colleagues. What were looking for: Technical education in mechanics, automotive mechatronics, or equivalent;



1 to 3 years of
- on experience in a workshop environment;



Fluency in French(minimum C1) and English (minimum B2);



Strong diagnosticskills and a
- oriented mindset;



Team player with a genuine desire to support customers, even in challenging situations;



Basic IT knowledge is aplus;



Previous experience in
