What we're looking for:

• Technical education in mechanics, automotive mechatronics, or equivalent;
• 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience in a workshop environment;
• Fluency in French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2);
• Strong diagnostic skills and a solution‑oriented mindset;
• Team player with a genuine desire to support customers, even in challenging situations;
• Basic IT knowledge is a plus;
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
