Your mission:

Be the first point of contact for European customers, delivering outstanding technical support;

Diagnose and resolve issues with light and heavy vehicles from various brands;

Log and track all incidents in the internal system;

Follow defined processes and collaborate with international teams;

Contributeto the technical knowledge base and FAQs;

Ensure clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers and colleagues.

What we're looking for:

Technical education in mechanics, automotive mechatronics, or equivalent;

1 to 2 years of
- on experience in a workshop environment;

Fluency in
French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2);

Strong diagnostic skills and a
- oriented mindset;

Team player witha genuine desire to support customers, even in challenging situations;

Basic IT knowledge is a plus;

Previous experience in
- facing roles is an advantage.
