Auxiliar De Backoffice
We’re looking for motivated professionals to join a dynamic
- office team in the motor insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update motor insurance policy data accurately in internal systems
- Process administrative requests, including contract updates, renewals, and cancellations
- Handle and organize
- related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy - Review and verify customer or broker information to support internal procedures
- Provide administrative support to internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely operations
- Handle incoming phone calls and communicate effectively with clients
- Manage extended vehicle warranty processes and related documentation
- Oversee contract management for insurance policies
- Register and maintain workshop/service center data in the system
- Validate documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum C1 level in German is required;
proficiency in English or Portuguese is also necessary. - Previous experience in administrative and
- office roles is highly preferred;
experience in the insurance or automotive sectors is not mandatory. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and administrative processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a structured environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics is an advantage.
Benefits:
- Temporary project with an expected duration of 3 months (fixed-term contract) - with the possibility of extension
- Meal allowance of €12 per working day (paid via meal card).
- Full-time schedule:
from 7:
00 AM to 9:
00 PM, Monday to Friday and on bank holidays (rotating shifts). - Weekends off.
- Work location:
Porto, with the possibility of a hybrid working model.
