JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Porto, Portugal.

We are recruiting an Aviation Stores Officer to be based in Porto (OPO), Portugal. We are looking for a self‑motivated, energetic individual who can work well from their own initiative and be an integral part of our team.

Main Duties

• Assist in ensuring warehouses are controlled and monitored in accordance with E. A. S. A. requirements;
• Account all stock movements in and out of stores both physically and in our engineering computer system;
• Assist in the control of commercial goods requirements;
• Assist in the progress of our cargo service throughout our network;
• Control all material transactions on our computer system;
• Assist in monitoring the delivery dates and times of incoming spares for aircraft on check with our maintenance providers;
• Accomplish other duties as reasonably directed by the Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

• Must have previous experience in warehouse/warehouse logistics;
• Driver’s license B;
• Must be available to work shifts – dayshift and nightshift;
• Be able to write and communicate in English;
• Computer skills;
• Good communication and organization skills;
• Must have a flexible approach to working in a fast‑paced changing environment;
• A valid EU/EEA passport with unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union.
