What are you going to do?

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and architectures aligned with product strategy and outcomes;
• Collaborate with business units, engineers, scientists, analysts, and SMEs to ensure data products meet operational goals;
• Define and govern data architecture standards, including modeling, metadata, security, reference data, and quality;
• Maintain logical and physical data models, ensuring consistency across products;
• Drive adoption of data mesh, product thinking, and governance best practices in compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards;
• Ensure discoverability, interoperability, observability, lineage, and monitoring of data products;
• Align architectural efforts with enterprise data strategy and maintain
  -
  - date architecture documentation.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years as a Data Architect with expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling (Erwin, ER Studio);
• Strong knowledge of data and integration architecture: APIs,
  - driven systems, batch integration, data lakes, data mesh, data warehousing, and management;
• Familiarity with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and data catalog/quality tools;
• Solid understanding of data technologies, governance, and assurance for enterprise data and integration;
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery, systems design principles, and software best practices (patterns, security, performance);
• Skilled in presenting solutions to architecture boards and driving adoption across teams;
• Business-focused, pragmatic, and collaborative, with strong ownership of solutions.
