What is this challenge about:

• Support and maintain mission‑critical database environments hosted on AWS, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across multiple platforms.
• Manage installation, configuration, performance tuning, query optimization, and workload management for RDS, Aurora Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL, and Redshift databases.
• Collaborate in international projects, proactively improving database operations, monitoring, and automation while contributing to future technology decisions.
• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator supporting AWS database technologies.
• Expertise in AWS RDS, Aurora Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL, and Redshift.
• Solid knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and workload management.
• Experience with S3, IAM, Lambda, or Cloud
  Watch is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills — both technical and business‑oriented.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Willingness to share knowledge, participate in on‑call rotations, and work in shift‑based coverage (10h, 5 days/week).
• Fluent level of English (mandatory).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3x per week in Porto.
