We are growing our IT Squad in Porto, Portugal!
We are currently seeking an AWS Database Administrator with over 5 years of experience supporting
- critical environments based on AWS technologies.
Your Mission:
- Manage and optimize databases on AWS RDS, Aurora Postgre
SQL/My
SQL, and Redshift. - Perform installation, configuration, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Ensure database workload management and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with international teams to maintain and improve database infrastructures.
- Participate in major cloud transformation and modernization projects.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of S3, IAM, Lambda, and Cloud
Watch.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical and
- solving mindset. - Excellent communication skills — able to interact effectively across technical and business levels.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of managing priorities and deadlines.
- A true team player with a pragmatic approach and willingness to share knowledge.
Work Setup:
? Shift work required (10h coverage, 5 days/week) + on-call rotation (approx. one week/month).
