AWS Database Administrator

At Smart, we’re looking for an AWS Database Administrator to join our technical team and ensure the stability, security, and performance of mission‑critical environments in challenging international projects.

? What it takes to be a SMART AWS Database Administrator:

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting mission‑critical database environments
• Strong experience with AWS RDS, Aurora (Postgre
  SQL and My
  SQL), and Redshift
• Expertise in installation, configuration, and maintenance of databases
• Solid skills in performance tuning, query optimization, and workload management
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting cloud environments
• Good English skills for an international context
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and focus on technical excellence

? Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of AWS S3, IAM, Lambda, and Cloud
  Watch
• Experience with task automation and Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C)
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance
• Experience in international projects and distributed teams

• Administer and optimize databases in AWS RDS, Aurora, and Redshift environments
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of solutions
• Perform performance tuning and query optimization
• Implement continuous monitoring and proactive performance improvements
