Role Overview:

We are looking for an AWS Engineering Coach to join our team. This is a functional leadership role, where you will mentor and guide engineers, ensuring best practices and technical excellence across projects. You will act as a trusted technical coach and advisor for our teams accross different Conclusion locations and geographies and also for clients.

The work can be done fully remotely or you can work from our offices in Lisbon or Porto, when you feel the need to.

What you will do:

• Act as a functional lead, providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers within the team;
  
  
• Drive best practices in AWS architecture and Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) implementation;
  
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and guide them towards optimal cloud solutions;
  
  
• Ensure
  - quality delivery of cloud enablement projects using tools such as Terraform and Git
  Hub;
  
  
• Promote automation, scalability, and security in cloud environments, leveraging Linux and AWS frameworks (WAF/CAF);
  
  
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

What you are like:

• Proficient in AWS cloud architecture and services, with hands. On background;
  
  
• Experienced in Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) using Terraform and Git
  Hub workflows;
  
  
• Strong communicator, able to coach and mentor engineers in a technical capacity;
  
  
• Comfortable engaging with clients and providing expert guidance on cloud enablement strategies;
  
  
• Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework (WAF) and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) is a plus;
  
  
• Have good communication skills in English - as you will collaborate daily with international teams.
