Main Responsibilities
- Operate the product safely and securely on behalf of our customers, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service in collaboration with the Dev
Ops Engineers; - Perform system updates and modifications to system configurations on behalf of customers and other stakeholders;
- Respond to system incidents, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to restore services;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on system status and changes;
- Collaborate within the Operations team, and cooperate with the Support and Dev
Ops teams, to answer questions and troubleshoot problems; - Develop and implement automation scripts and tools;
- Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures;
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations;
- Coach team members and coordinate team efforts together with the Support and Operations Manager;
- Regularly be part of 24/7
- call rotation.
Key Requirements
- Experience with system administration, network management, and infrastructure design;
- Proficiency in the command line (Linux) and scripting skills (Python, bash);
- Experience with Ia
C tools (e. g. , Terraform); - Experience with AWS, Docker, and virtualization management platforms (e. g. , o
Virt); - Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix;
- Analytical and
- solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues; - Ability to quickly assess and resolve operational challenges;
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interact effectively with other teams and be a team player;
- Curiosity and interest in innovation and technology;
- Experience working in a modern agile software Engineering environment.
