What you bring

• Experience with system administration, network management, and infrastructuredesign;
• Proficiencyin the command line (Linux) and scripting skills (Python, bash);
• Experience with
  Ia
  Ctools (e. g. , Terraform);
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and virtualization management platforms (e. g. , o
  Virt);
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix;
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complexissues;
• Ability to quickly assess and resolve operationalchallenges;
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interact effectively with other teams and be a teamplayer;
• Curiosity and interest in innovation andtechnology;
• Experience working in a modern agile software Engineering environment.

What you will do

• Operate the product safely and securely on behalf of our customers, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service in collaboration with the Dev
  Ops
  Engineers;
• Perform system updates and modifications to system configurations on behalfof customers and otherstakeholders;
• Respond to system incidents, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to restoreservices;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on system status andchanges;
• Collaborate within the Operations team, and cooperate with the Support and Dev
  Ops teams, to answer questions and troubleshootproblems;
• Develop and implement automation scripts andtools;
• Monitor and enforce security policies andprocedures;
• Create andmaintaincomprehensivedocumentationfor systems, processes, andconfigurations;
• Coach team members and coordinate team efforts together with the Support and Operations
  Manager;
• Regularly be part of 24/7
  - call rotation.
