We are looking for motivated and skilled consultants to join our team and support the modernization of our Managed File Transfer (MFT) ecosystem based on the Axway Amplify suite. Positions are open to both junior and senior profiles, with responsibilities tailored to each experience level.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of
  -
  - end MFT flows, ensuring compliance with architecture and security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose secure, scalable file transfer solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of flows and ensure traceability for audits and support.
• Manage and improve flow request intake tools and internal workflows (JIRA, Service
  Now, custom tools, etc. ).
• Contribute to incident resolution and optimize the performance of MFT solutions.
• Engage in technology watch, automation, and continuous process improvement.
• For senior profiles: mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and act as a technical reference.
• For junior profiles: learn Axway tools, develop skills in flow management, and actively participate in project teams.

Additional Responsibilities

• Define and apply best practices for secure and efficient file transfer operations.
• Participate in the design and execution of disaster recovery and high availability strategies.
• Support Dev
  Ops and automation initiatives (scripting, CI/CD integration).
• Monitor system health and performance using Axway tools (Sentinel, etc. ).

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments (internship or initial experience for juniors; 5+ years for seniors).
• Knowledge of Axway products: CFT, Secure
  Transport, Sentinel, Flow Manager (training or introductory knowledge for juniors; confirmed expertise for seniors).
• Understanding of MFT protocols: Pe
  SIT, SFTP, FTPS, S3, etc. (basic for juniors; advanced for seniors).
• System integration and secure communication skills (basic concepts for juniors; proven experience for seniors).
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc. ) (basic for juniors; automation and optimization for seniors).
• Experience with Linux/AIX/Windows environments (regular use for juniors; advanced troubleshooting for seniors).
• Knowledge of networks, PKI, certificates, and firewalls (basic for juniors; advanced for seniors).

Additional Assets

• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops tools (Ansible, Git, etc. ).
• Experience working with APIs.
• Proficiency in French (an asset).
