Job Title: System Administrator (Microsoft)



Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal



Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x/3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Microsoft System Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows Server, AD/AAD, M365, and virtualization, ensuring smooth operations and security across the infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory (on-premises and Azure).
  
  
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and Intune for endpoint management.
  
  
• Deploy and maintain virtualized environments using VMware or Hyper-V.
  
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and security.
  
  
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

• +2 years of experience in Microsoft system administration.
  
  
• Experience of AD/AAD, Windows Server, M365, and Intune.
  
  
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization.
  
  
• Experience
  - solving skills and ability to work independently.
  
  
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
