Job Title: Azure Cloud Automation Engineer

Location: Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x
- site per week, with some weeks fully remote)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Cloud Automation Engineer to join our team, in a project for the banking sector. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels at implementing
-
- code but also takes initiative in shaping the automation roadmap, defining backlogs, and driving continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure management.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, primarily for Azure environments;
• Automate configuration management and operational tasks using Ansible;
• Collaborate with architects and developers to define infrastructure requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions;
• Take ownership of the automation backlog: identify opportunities, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions independently;
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices;
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev
  Ops practices;
• Integrate automation solutions with other tools like Elastic, Git
  Hub, and IT management systems.
