As an Azure Data Engineer specialized in Microsoft Azure tools, you will support the implementation of projects focused on collecting, aggregating, storing, reconciling, and making data accessible from disparate sources to enable analysis and
- making.

This role plays a critical part in the data supply chain by ensuring stakeholders can access and manipulate data for routine and ad hoc analysis. Additionally, you will support the full lifecycle of data, from ingestion through analytics to action.

As a member of the Data Engineering team, you'll have access to
- edge research, knowledge, and tools to create innovative solutions within Avanade’s Business Intelligence practice. The Data Engineer role is ideal for ambitious technologists passionate about working with the latest Microsoft cloud technologies and experts. Requirements:

• Existing experience in Data Engineering, ideally with large volumes of data
• Experience with Azure technologies such as Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (Gen 2), Cosmos DB
• Understanding of software engineering tools and concepts, including coding in Python, Scala, or Pyspark
• Effective communication skills to report progress and challenges
