Required skills

• Proven experience in configuring, optimizing, and managing resources in
  - availability virtualized environments.
• Over 5 years of experience administering Microsoft Windows Server systems (roles management, Failover Clustering, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy).
• Strong expertise in VDI (Remote Desktop Services RDS) administration, ensuring high performance, security, and availability.
• Skilled in using System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) for deployment, monitoring, and automation.
• Advanced networking knowledge (LAN, VLAN, routing, switching, NIC teaming, load balancing, and TCP/IP troubleshooting) applied to virtualized and clustered environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
