We're looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team in Lisbon and help power the e

Responsibilities
- As the first point of contact for the German customers,
- 'll be the friendly voice guiding them through any issues with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, always in a B2B relationship. You-'ll handle some incoming telephone calls, but your tasks will be mainly in written form. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others and wants to be at the forefront of the clean energy transition. - Respond to inquiries via phone (30%) and via tickets (70%) providing clear, friendly, and effective Kundensupport.
- Perform initial diagnostics and guide customers through troubleshooting steps for basic issues related to charging, connectivity, and more.
- Escalate complex issues to our expert Tier 2 support team, documenting everything meticulously to help us improve.
- Keep up with the latest EV technology, from new charger models to firmware updates, and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Your work directly supports the growth and reliability of our EV charging network, making a real impact on the environment.
Qualifications
- Native-Level German: You must be a
- level/C2 German speaker, with good English skills (B2 level, minimum). - Availability to work in a hybrid system with rotational shifts (including weekends, holidays and eventually some night shifts, night shifts from home).
- Technical Aptitude: Experience in a technical support or call center role is a big plus. You should have a basic understanding of technical support, troubleshooting, and be keen to learn more about it. Knowledge of EV charging standards (like Type 2, CCS, or OCPP) is a bonus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical concepts in a simple way that anyone can understand, in both spoken and written German.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You're a natural at figuring things out and love a good challenge.
- Team Player: You're organized,
- oriented, and ready to contribute to a collaborative environment. - Work-Life Balance: This role offers a hybrid work setup, but you must be a resident of the Lisbon area.
Benefits
- Base salary: €950 VB
- Language bonus: €400
- Meal allowance: €10. 20 per day
- Transportation allowance: €40
- Insurance included
- Working Hours and Work Model: 24/7 rotating shifts, with 3 shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM / 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Training and nesting period of 30 days, 100%
- site - Work Location: Entrecampos, Lisbon
- After Training: Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
- Night shifts, Sundays, and Portuguese public holidays will always be remote due to transportation reasons
