B2B Customer Support for Online Video Streaming platform - Portuguese

Recently, we have seen streaming companies and websites taking viewers from classical TV into new services and devices. This project supports one of these services - the most popular video streaming website in the world.
You will be part of a multicultural team based in Lisbon, providing outstanding
- channel support to users of the service. You will handle Creators' requests regarding support for their channels via email and chat, with phone support potentially in the future. You will work with Creators who generate revenue for our client's platform and receive revenue from it, identifying their issues and assisting in resolving them promptly.
Strong customer support skills and experience are essential for success.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and/or B2B environment
- Experience in live customer support (phone, chat, email,
- person, etc. ) is preferred - Excellent
- level written and spoken communication skills in Portuguese - Proven ability to meet customer needs through active listening and probing for relevant information
- Ability to handle challenging situations effectively
- Provide customer and technical support via chat and email requests, with potential phone support in the future
- Flexible to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
