As a B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist, you will act as a trusted partner to advertisers, helping them troubleshoot product issues, optimize their campaign experience, and fully leverage advertising tools. Youll work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer success, where your impact will be visible from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and overall advertiser experience
  • Manage and resolve
    -
    - end product troubleshooting and advertiser inquiries across email and chat channels
  • Own customer cases fully, collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve:
    • Technical issues
    • Product-related questions
    • Generic platform inquiries
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring high service quality throughout the full case journey
  • Provide clear, proactive updates to advertisers at every touchpoint
  • Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining
    -
    - class productivity
  • Partner with
    - house technical specialists to educate advertisers on:
    • Product features
    • Common issue types
    • Best practices for advertising success
Your Profile

Were looking for candidates who combine digital marketing expertise with a strong
- first mindset.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in paid campaign management
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals
  • Excellent customer service and
    - solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Working Schedule

Initial Schedule (first phase):

  • Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00
  • Rotating shifts:
    • 07:00 – 16:00
    • 10:00 – 19:00
  • 2 rotating days off

Future Schedule (TBC by client):

  • 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package:

  • Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid in 14 months)
  • Complexity Bonus: €40. 00 gross/month (paid in 11 months)
  • Meal Allowance: €7. 63 net per working day
