B2B Digital Sales Specialist (French & English) – Fully Remote (Bulgaria)
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with
- level French and solid cold calling experience to join an international,
- focused sales environment. This is a
- time, fully remote role, offering a stable salary, performance bonus, and full relocation support.
Role Overview
In this role, you will:
- Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads
- Apply structured business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
- Build and manage a strong and consistent sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
- Native-level French (mandatory) and fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification
- Experience in tech, Saa
S, or digital advertising is highly desirable - Strong communication skills and a
- driven mindset
What We Offer
- Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)
- Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria)
- Gross monthly salary: 3, 600 BGN
- Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2, 000 BGN
Relocation support including:
- Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
