B2B Inside Sales - 3 Person (Lisbon/Central/North)
TP-Link Portugal is seeking to recruit Inside Sales Representatives in different regions (North, Central, and Lisbon) to help deliver the company’s growth targets in the Enterprise Networking and Enterprise Security Business Units. This position offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to make a significant impact and contribute to the development and success of the business.
This role will work closely with a dedicated Territory Account Manager to drive growth through VAR, SI, and installer channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of B2B partner development at the initial stage and focus on onboarding new B2B partners.
- Present B2B solutions, partner programs, sales support tools, and policies mainly through virtual channels (phone, email, online meetings).
- Evaluate and generate new contact lists, aligning with distributor databases, sales reports, competition analysis, and market insights to inform sales actions.
- Apply strong sales skills and commercial awareness to support the sales team in developing B2B partnerships from inception to growth.
- Develop existing accounts, identify potential within SMB managed accounts, and lead sales efforts across various channels including System Integrators, Installers, and B2B resellers.
- Collaborate within a team environment, supporting the Territory Account Manager and participating in
- departmental activities such as workshops, roadshows, and training.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong
- oriented sales skills with a B2B marketing perspective. - Experience in initiating and nurturing B2B partnerships, with a proven track record of building new business in the enterprise space.
- Excellent
- facing skills, proficient in presentations (mainly online), and professional business planning abilities. - At least 2 years of B2B sales experience; networking and IT product knowledge is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, report generation, and
- level MS Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis.
