B2B Inside Sales
TP-LINK Portugal is seeking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative to help deliver the company’s growth targets in Enterprise Networking and Enterprise Security Business Unit. This role allows the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forwards.
This position will work with a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to drive growth through VAR, SI and installer channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of B2B partner development at the start stage and focus on new B2B partner onboarding and progression.
- Present B2B solutions, partner programs and sales support tools and policies primarily through virtual channels (phone call, mail, online meeting).
- Evaluate and generate new contact lists, aligning with distributor partner database, ST report, competition analysis, market insight resources, etc. , to forward sales actions.
- Use strong sales skills and commercial sense to support the sales team in developing B2B partner relationships from stage 0 to stage 1.
- Develop existing long‑tail accounts, clarify the potential of SMB managed accounts, and lead sales results under a wide range account management mode (primary channels include System Integrators, Installers, B2B resellers, etc. ).
- Work within a team environment and support the Territory Account Manager when required, providing cross‑department task support and corporate activities such as B2B workshops, roadshow coverage, and training activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong solution‑oriented sales sense and B2B marketing perspective.
- In‑depth experience with Salesforce focused on B2B partner kick‑off cooperation and natural sales opportunity building, with a track record of building new business in the Enterprise space.
- Excellent customer‑facing skills with competence in online meetings and phone calls, and professional business planning.
- 2+ years of B2B sales related experience. Networking and IT product experience preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in CRM operation and generating reports as required; high‑level MS Office skills, especially Excel data analysis, are helpful.
