B2B Microsoft Account Management In Lisbon (French Speaker)
Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Microsoft Account Manager will include:
- Supporting clients by answering questions regarding products and services via phone and email
- Providing solutions for issues that arise
- Optimizing clients' technical equipment and tools
- Identifying
- selling and
- selling opportunities within existing accounts - Communicating with management levels
- Gaining market knowledge and informing clients about Microsoft's competitive advantages
- Assisting new and existing clients with
- related issues and questions

What’s in it for you?

- term, renewable annually - Working hours: Full-time, rotating shifts (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary options:
