Key job role and responsibilities:

• Understand customers' business drivers and pain points, and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design and propose reliable solutions based on our product portfolio, aligning with customer outcomes and differentiating from competitors.
• Support the sales team by professionally presenting proposed solutions and designs in diverse business settings.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer technical queries before service handover.
• Manage customer engagement, including project scoping, Statement of Work (So
  W) development, deliverables documentation, and
  - ups.
• Identify additional product/service opportunities within customer organizations.
• Deliver solution proposals and product demonstrations to showcase business value.
• Provide coaching and technical enablement to the sales team, improving their knowledge of new technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to influence product development through user and market feedback.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with
  - quality technical input.
• Deliver technical/marketing presentations, training sessions, and webinars for partners and prospects.
• Provide
  - sales support, particularly technical assistance to ISPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computing, Networking, Engineering, or Science; or Ciclos formativos de grado superior/medio in related fields.
• Previous experience working with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or CCTV/Surveillance Systems.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (e. g. , LAN/WAN).
• Previous
  - sales experience with channel/reseller partners (preferred).
• Passion for technology and the ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts.
• Positive,
  - do attitude with strong customer focus.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams (Sales, Support, Marketing).
• Proficiency in English.
