B2B Sales Manager

Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager to take direct ownership of our early commercial efforts. You’ll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing B2B leads across the nutraceutical, cosmetics, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, with a key goal: securing Letters of Intent (LOIs) that validate market interest and support our growth trajectory.
This is a
- on role, ideal for someone with a strong outbound sales mindset, experience selling
- based or functional products, and a hunger to close deals in a
- paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify B2B leads across the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and chemical industries
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, from first contact to signed LOIs and
- take agreements
• Initiate outreach via email, Linked
In, phone, and industry events
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches, communicating our value proposition and handling technical or commercial objections
• Maintain regular communication with prospects to align expectations and support future sampling or deal flow
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Industry knowledge of polyphenols, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals — including market dynamics and regulatory context
• Proven B2B sales experience in any of the above sectors
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in startup or
- growth environments
• Excellent communication and
- building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and
- driven
