Grow- is working with a leading outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Portuguese-speaking B2B Sales Specialist for their offices in Thessaloniki.

Position: B2B Sales Specialist

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and offer excellent service
• Assist customers with empathy, guiding them in app usage
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly
• Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the relevant teams
• Document interactions accurately and analyze customer trends
• Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships
• Promote new products with consultative solutions tailored to customer needs
  
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and with leadership on strategic initiatives
• Participate in training sessions and ensure adherence to service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Portuguese both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level)
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, ideally B2B, or customer service
• Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps
• Experience with customer support software and troubleshooting tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication,
  - solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with sales tracking tools and adaptable to change
• Team player, open to feedback, and committed to learning and
  - improvement
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
