Job Title

Junior Integration Support Engineer (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Creation and processing of customer requests.
• Follow‑up of interactions: opening, closing, relaunching, customer notification, completion of technical information and escalation actions.
• First‑level incident analysis, providing alternative solutions and patch disclosures to customers in line with SLAs.
• Maintain customer relationships, communicating effectively until resolution.
• Escalate incidents and requests to appropriate services.
• Understand and apply procedures and instructions.

Qualifications

• Level 4/5 in Computer Science, Electronics or similar; degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or similar is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP) is a plus.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Team player with autonomy, able to apply instructions and procedures.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
