David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading travel management, corporate card, and expense management company that is looking to recruit a French-speaking B2B Travel Agent to join their team in Portugal.

Position : Travel Agent

Location : Remote, Portugal or hybrid, Lisbon (candidate's discretion)

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist travelers with personalized support
• Solve travel or
  - related issues, from platform queries to emergency situations
• Stay updated with industry and platform knowledge to deliver excellent service
• Build relationships across global teams
• Provide feedback for product improvements
• Meet and exceed KPIs

REQUIREMENTS :

• Native/fluent in French (oral and written), fluent in English (B2 or higher)
• Experience in customer service, especially in travel and hotel segments
• Experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is mandatory
• Metrics-driven with a
  - oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player, collaborative, receptive to feedback
• Proficient with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and
  - house platforms
• Flexible to work
  - traditional shifts (early mornings, late evenings, weekends)
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 22:00, rotating shifts
