• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and support business growth.
• Stay up to date with travel industry trends, promotions, and products to provide informed advice to clients.

Who you are

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or customer service is preferred.
