Position: Travel Agent

Location: remote, Portugal or hybrid, Lisbon (candidate's discretion)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist travelers with personalized support
Solve travel or
- related issues, from platform queries to emergency situations
Stay updated on industry and platform knowledge to deliver excellent service
Build relationships across global teams
Provide feedback for product improvement
Meet and exceed KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Italian, both oral and written, and minimum B2 in English
Experience in customer service, ideally in travel and hotel sectors
Experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is mandatory
Metrics-driven mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player, collaborative, receptive to feedback
Proficient with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and
- house platforms
Flexibility for
- traditional shifts (early mornings, late evenings, weekends)
Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07 AM - 10 PM, rotating shifts
