Position: Travel Agent

Location: remote, Portugal or hybrid, Lisbon (candidate's discretion)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist travelers with personalized support
Solve travel or
- related issues, including platform queries and emergency situations
Stay updated with travel industry knowledge to provide excellent service
Build relationships with global teams
Provide feedback for product improvements
Meet and exceed KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Italian, with minimum B2 level in English
Experience in customer service, preferably in travel and hotel sectors
Experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is mandatory
Metrics-driven mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player, open to feedback and collaboration
Proficient with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and travel platforms
Flexibility for
- traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07 AM - 10 PM, rotating shifts
