What do you need to be a SMART BUSINESS ANALYST? Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (teams such as insurance, UX, tech, etc. )Experience in gathering and validating business requirements
Ability to model processes, identify

Experience creating documentation (functional specs, workflows, user stories, etc. )Experience supporting test phases and validating business requirements
Nice to have:Experience in insurance industry context
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
