- Take the lead in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions in Sales or Service Cloud to meet clients’ specific needs. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and the technical environment. - Design, build, and deliver customized solutions using Salesforce and connected technologies. - Provide daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. - Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration. - Conduct process analysis sessions and develop technological solutions. - Identify project issues and risks, presenting alternatives to resolve them. - Promote best practices and security guidelines. Your
- At least years of experience with Salesforce implementations. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Ability to provide training and guidance on Salesforce administration and implementation best practices. - Salesforce Administrator Certification (must)- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification (preferred)What you/'ll love about working
